My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Nick and Cindy Davis (Team Davis) during our search for our townhome. Not only did they take the time to understand what we wanted they helped guide us through the whole process with facts and information on the area we wanted to purchase in and kept us updated every step of the way. They found exactly what we were looking for because they treat each and every client with the utmost professionalism and respect. Their years of service certainly came shining through for us! I highly recommend Nick and Cindy Davis of the ReMax Premier team. I purchased a home in Wesley Chapel and Nick was extremely helpful every step of the way. My relocation was from upstate New York so it was quite important to have in place someone I trusted "on the scene". I could not have made a better chose than having Nick and Cindy Davis as my real estate agents.

Steer clear of this partnership. It's taken 45 days for SOME work to be done. Not nearly all the safety issues. This team is not interested in maintaining the charm of the home. They are interested in the cheapest sort of fix. Nick offered the opportunity to break our lease but hasn't followed up with the promised email detailing the stipulations. Cindy quit answering texts, emails and calls. We got her on the phone, by calling from my cell number. She stuttered and stammered and shouted into the phone that she was not a failure. We never said she was. We said that the ball has been dropped on this property. Not so unpredictable twist. Cindy is going after the previous tenants for the replacement costs etc but things aren't being repaired to the previous standard. If it is being fixed it is the bare minimum. Supposedly, these two are in the business of building relationships so that later we would use them to buy a house. I wouldn't buy a Barbie house from this duo.
